CONCERT: Celtic fusion with jazz connections.
Jig Reel Maniacs is the second of the oldest in Poland (28 years on stage) and one of the most characteristic formations inspired by traditional Celtic music.
Jigowo Reel Maniacs play Celtic fusion music - Celtic fusions based not only on two main Irish rhythms and dances such as jig and reel but also sound climates that result from combining Celtic fusions with genres such as jazz, funk, rock, reggae and other trends - instrumental and vocal music arranged for multicolored instruments: violin, flute, flageil, bagpipe, guitar (acoustic, electric, bass), piano or classical piano, electric piano, keyboards and accordion, percussion and voice (baritone-bass).
Natalia Rogińska - violin
Aleksander Brych - wooden transverse flute, floats, bagpipes,
Artur Grudziński - piano, keyboards, accordion,
Maciej Czarnecki - drums, percussion instruments,
Michał Jankowski - acoustic guitar,
Krzysztof Łangowski - electric guitar,
Mariusz Sprutta - bass guitars, vocals, bajanie.
March, a month associated in Poland with Ireland and the Festival of Saint Patric under the patronage of the Irish Embassy - #swPatryk - also obliges Jigowo Reel Maniacs to participate in this event and to present oneself in a formula slightly different from the classic club or club classics of Celtic fusion enriched with more jazz elements. Hence the title of the concert is Celtic fusion with jazz connections.
