The town hall is located in the heart of the town in the middle of the Market Square.
The construction of the town hall is linked with granting municipal rights to Trzebiatów. This took place on 6th May 1277. Then, a typical chequered street layout with a market square as the main street was laid out. The first historically confirmed town council house was built in the Gothic style in the fifteenth century. It was destroyed by fire in 1696. The current building was completed around 1700. It was built on a square plan with a courtyard in the middle. The clock tower topped with a baroque dome towers over the two-storey building. In the western façade, You can admire the preserved Gothic fragments of the first building of the town council. Currently, the town hall has its headquarters in the Municipal Office.
