The playground in Nowe Warpno is located in the 'sailing village' at the corner of Wiejska Street, next to blocks of the Housing Cooperative 'Ster', near the ice rink and tennis court, approx. 42 km northwest of the centre of Szczecin. There are two bike trails in the area: "Puszcza Wkrzańska" [Ueckermünde Heath] red trail and the "Międzynarodowy Szlak Wokół Zalewu Szczecińskiego R-66" ['International Trail Around the Szczecin Lagoon R-66'] green trail.

The small playground in the "sailing village" is a modern facility that serves as a place of fun and entertainment for the youngest children. It is located in an interesting environment where adults can rest and relax too. The ground is surrounded by a small fence, and there are in the area such devices as swings, a slide, and two structures resembling a boat and a train. The devices are mounted both on the grass and on the surface cushioning a possible fall. There are also benches within the playground. It is illuminated and monitored. An interesting object is the nearby huge wall of sailing describing the main routes of the great geographical discoveries and famous sailors. Yet another interesting object is a globe installed in the middle of the playground and surrounded by wooden gazebos with barbeque and campfire sites. Next to them, there are two free public toilets. Nearby, on the shores of The Neuwarper See, there is a promenade with lanterns, benches and garbage bins placed alongside.
