Sportowa Dolina in Koszalin is located in the city centre between Dąbrowskiego, Podgrodzie and Niepodległości Streets. The entrance to the complex is at Dąbrowskiego Street and Podgrodzie Street. There are parking places for approx. 50 passenger cars.

Sportowa Dolina in Koszalin is a modern sports and recreation complex, situated in the city centre, intended for everyone regardless of age. It was created in 2007. It is fenced, partially illuminated and generally available throughout the year. Its surface area is 10 thousand m2. For the enthusiasts of active resting there are three basketball courts, including one additionally adjusted for volleyball, training pitches and a multifunctional grass pitch adjusted for football. One of the basketball courts and a tennis court have a safe synthetic surface. There are also two squash courts and tables for table tennis. There is also an open-air gym, skate park, cycling paths and a cross cycling track which in winter is transformed into a toboggan run. It is possible to rent a volleyball net free of charge.The valley is a place to spend free time for older people and parents with children. There are playgrounds with attractions adjusted to age for the youngest children. There are various zones for different age groups: 1-3, 4-7 and 8-15 years of age.You can also rest in the shade within the park square equipped with benches and tables to play chess.There are free toilets – also for the disabled – in the valley.Within the complex various sports and cultural events are frequently organized. For the needs of artistic performances also an amphitheatre with seats for the viewers was built.
