The facilities belonging to Szczecin House of Sport are in the square of Wąska, Unisławy, Felczaka and Niedzialkowskiego Streets, near the City Hall, not far from the city center. Access by public transport from the railway station is provided by the tram line 3 as well as 2 and 12 (Odzieżowa stop). When driving from the city center by car, take Aleja Wyzwolenia towards Niebuszewo, and then turn into Felczaka.
The Szczecin House of Sports is a complex of facilities, which includes a 50-meter swimming pool Floating Arena, a 25-meter swimming pool, a small 10-meter swimming pool, a rowing pool, a sports hall with dimensions of 20 x 30 meters and a boxing room. The construction of the complex, which was then called Voivodeship House of Sport (WDS for short in Polish), began in 1959. It was one of the largest sports investments in post-war Szczecin. In 1976, an open-air swimming pool, which does not exist today, was put into use, in the place of which today the Floating Arena is. In 1970, WDS was awarded the title of Mister of Construction XXVth anniversary of Szczecin. Currently, the facility is used seven days a week, it is estimated that more than 1,000 people use it daily. It is used by clubs: KS "Morze Bałtyk", BKS "SZTORM" and the City Swimming Club.
