The arena is located in the town centre at the intersection of Cmentarna and 3 Marca Streets.

The sports arena in Świdwin is managed by the local government budgetary entity Water Park 'Relax'. The arena is open to the public. Tournaments and sports classes are held there, as well as other recreational and sports events. Classes are held according to the schedule. Clubs, sections, workplaces, associations, institutions and individuals use the sports arena. It is possible to rent one of the rooms. The fee is PLN 50 per hour.
