The Community Centre in Stepnica is an institution that organises and manages cultural activities in the commune of Stepnica.

The Community Centre in Stepnica has classrooms, an auditorium, a cafe room, well-equipped kitchen facilities, a computer lab, sound equipment. All these facilities are used primarily by children and young people, but also by adults from the region. Children can take part in art and dance classes, or learn how to play an instrument. There are also many physical activities - aerobics, Zumba, billiards, table tennis.

The following artistic groups are at the centre: Teatr w Krzywym Zwierciadle [The Theatre in a Grotesque View], a 'Pomerstep' Dance Group and a folk band 'Stepniczanie'.

The centre organises such recurring events as Meetings with Folklore in Stepnica, the Spring Picnic in Stepnica, Miss of the Summer on the Lagoon, Rural Tournament and Competitions in Aerobics.

Apart from the Community Centre in Stepnica, there are also rural clubs in Racimierz, Miłów, Widzieńsk, Gąsierzyn, Kopice and Czarnocin in the complex.
