The Chłopy swimming area is situated in the village of Chłopy and it stretches over 100 m to the east of the entrance at Portowa Street.
In the summertime there are Volunteer Water Rescue Service (WOPR) lifeguards on duty who supervise the 100 m Chłopy swimming area. The swimming area is designated by yellow and red buoys. The yellow ones indicate the area for non-swimmers where the water is max. 120 cm deep. Red buoys indicate the area for swimmers where the water is max. 4 m deep.
Next to the swimming area there is a water sports equipment rental (motor boats, water scooters), beach equipment rental (deckchairs, wind screens). There is also some entertainment equipment (a jumping pillow).
There are toilets and rubbish bins in the area. There are no showers. The beach is cleaned on a daily basis. No animals are allowed in the swimming area and on the beach.
The sanitary personnel consider the risk of development of cyanobacteria in the swimming area to be low. They have not been found within the last 4 years.
