Jana z Kolna 7, Szczecin
The history of Szczecin Shipping is closely related to the history of passenger shipping in the West Pomeranian region. Beginning in the 1950s, the ships of the white fleet were a permanent element of the landscape of beautiful quays located at the foot of Wały Chrobrego in Szczecin. Cruises around the port, Szczecin Lagoon, and hydrofoil trips to Świnoujście have become the main attraction and showcase of the city in the summer season.
The nineties of the twentieth century brought profound socio-economic changes that had an impact on the company's operations. Passenger shipping in the new market conditions has almost completely stopped due to the high cost of running a business and the lack of sufficient demand.
Years pass, however, and after the hard experiences of the last two decades, Szczecin and its inhabitants again turn to the river, looking for rest and entertainment on the water. To meet the expectations, Szczecin Shipping prepared an offer of catamaran cruises and motorboat rentals, and started cooperation with the owners of passenger ships, focusing their offer on the quay.
