Free Fitness Meetings Combined with a Self-Defense Course.
Time: Every Thursday at 06.45pm, unil 27th September, 2018
Venue: in the area of Słoneczne Lake in Szczecin
The Gumieńce Settlement Council and the ISAM Poland Association invite you to free fitness meetings combined with a self-defense course. Meetings will take place on Thursdays at 06.45pm in the area of Słoneczne Lake at the gym. The stretching program combines of: (10 minutes), fitness (pilates, body shape, cardio, intervals, isometric exercises / 30 minutes), self-defense (connection with Aikido and Filipino Material Arts / 50 minutes). Primary classes are for men and women for every age group. Simple and effective methods of stopping the attacker, reflex and coordination exercises.
