The church is in the central-western part of the city, at Kościelny Square. Nearby there is a bus stop and the Świna Strait.

The church was built in 1788-1792, brick, partially destroyed during World War II. Rebuilt at the end of the 1950s. Consecrated in 1946.

Services schedule: Sun. 7:30 a.m., 9:00 a.m., 10 a.m., 11:30 a.m., 1 p.m., 5 p.m., 6 p.m., 7 p.m., Mon., Wed.-Fri. 7:00 a.m., 7:30 a.m., 6:00 p.m., Tue., Sat. 7:30, 18:00. Indulgence: the feast of Christ the King.
