The Starosty functions in several buildings located in 22 Spokojna Street, 13 Spokojna Street, 15 Północna Street, and in the building of the Fire Brigade at 1b Lipowa Street. The main building at 22 Spokojna Street is a large office building located in the eastern part of the city, opposite the Thermal Power Enterprise. The easiest access is from the arterial road of the city - from the centre of Bohaterów Warszawy Street to the east, in the direction of Szczecin, then along Lipowa Street, up to the intersection of Lipowa and Spokojna Streets. The first building is noticeable and huge. There is a car park in front of the building. There are three entrances from the front to the building. The middle one leads to the premises of the starosty.

The district starosty in Myslibórz comprises the Organisational-legal Department, Finance Department, NGOs Office, Planning Department, Development and Investment Department. All of them can be called on  +48 95 747 20 21. Part of the starosty departments were placed in the building at 13 Spokojna Street. In this building there are the Departments of Construction (tel. no. 48 95 747 34 32), of Roads (tel. no. 48 95 747 03 02), of Surveying, of Cartography, of Land Registry and of Real Estate Management (tel. no. 48 95 747 34 51), as well as the Environment Department (tel. no. 48 95 747 34 48) and the Passport Point of the West Pomeranian Provincial Office (tel. no. 48 95 765 64 85). The main building of the District Starosty in Myslibórz is going to be the building at 15 Północna Street. It was given a thorough overhaul with a view of adapting it to a future function, but it does not perform it due to lack of funds for completion of the project. In the only finished wing houses the Department of Transport (tel. no. 48 95 747 23 90) and a conference room where sessions of District Council are held. There are also the District Consumer Advocate (tel. no. 48 95 747 08 48) and the District Disability Evaluation Board (tel. no. 48 95 747 90 69) in the building. The Crisis Management Department can be found in the premises of the District Headquarters of the State Fire Service at 1B Lipowa Street (tel. no. 48 95 747 47 77).

The starosta [District Governor] of Myślibórz sees the petitioners with complaints and requests every Wednesday from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. (the secretary's office of the starosta and vicestarosta tel. no. 48 95 747 20 21 ext. 10).
