The water tower is located at Wolińska Street, between a petrol station and a Kaufland supermarket. The tower is easy to spot as it towers over the buildings and trees in the area.
The water tower was built in 1935 within water intake, the water was drawn with the help of submersible pumps. It was used to store excess water from municipal water supply and to equalize the pressure in the network. The tower is built of red brick on a polygonal plan, on its top there is a metal structure with the coat of arms of Goleniów, it is 34 meters high. In 1945 it was destroyed, but losses were insignificant and did not affect its functionality. The renovation was carried out in 1992, but the tower served its function only for 4 more years.
