The building is located in the northern part of the town, between Zdrojowy Park and Chopina Square. Access is possible by car or local public transport.

The arena is suitable for volleyball, table tennis, badminton and basketball competitions. The auditorium has 144 seats. Additionally, the arena is equipped with 2 changing rooms with showers, own sound system and a sauna. The matches of recreational leagues in volleyball and basketball have been played in the arena for many years. There is an asphalt pitch near the arena, now leased to be a car park.
