The complex is located in the central part of the town, near the western bank of Lake Węgorzyno. There is a gymnasium, the stadium of LKS Sparta Węgorzyno, and a sports hall located in the immediate vicinity.

Orlik consists of two playing fields which can be used to play volleyball, basketball, or football. The football part is covered with artificial grass, the multifunctional part has got synthetic surface. Players can use locker rooms and showers. The complex is available to everybody when no sports competition is taking place there. It is a training field for the Sparta Węgorzyno sports club.
