The stadium is situated in the central part of the town, near the southern shore of Lake Wądół. Nearby, there is a post office and regional road no 156. The stadium can be reached by car or by the PKS Pyrzyce train.

At the stadium, the matches of Stal Lipiany sports club are organized. The stadium has natural grass surface. The stands consist of standing room for 300 people and 100 seats. The stadium is available to everybody during the period when club competition is not taking place there.
