The building of the hall is situated in the central eastern part of the town. Nearby, there is a district court, and the Staromiejska restaurant and pizza parlour. The hall can be reached by car or using local public transportation.

A supervisor of the sports hall is the Sports and Recreation Centre in Pyrzyce. The hall’s area amounts to 2,770 m2, including a full-size playing field for games such as football, volleyball, and handball. The hall is fitted with sound amplification equipment, an electric board and stands with 420 seats. The hall is used by children and teenagers during school classes, adults associated in sports clubs and associations, and the town authorities when any mass event is organized there. Additionally, in front of the hall there is a parking lot for about 70 cars.
