The Słowianin Cultural Center is in Szczecin, at Korzeniowskiego Street, in the former arsenal of the Szczecin fortress. The building is above the Tobruk market, which is adjacent to the PKS bus station. The Red Town Hall is also nearby. You can get here using public transport or take a walk from the Port Gate.
The Słowianin Cultural Center is a place where everyone can meet culture and art. Various classes, workshops and events are organized here for both older and younger people.
The center's schedule includes three projects that you can participate in free of charge. The Senior Center there is focused primarily on spending time together. There are handicraft workshops, practical advice, dance evenings and much more. The Children's School Emergency is help with homework and learning, as well as artistic activities and interesting excursions. Little Blues Lesson, an hour-long music lesson combined with a concert.
Artistic groups operate at Słowianin: the heavy metal band Quo Vadis, the rock band Brewery Szein, the blues band After Blues and Nikt. There is also the Sukces modern dance school, the Variette revue and the Spectrum Artistic Animation Studio.
Numerous events and charity events are organized. Cyclical games for the youngest on occasions such as St. Nicholas' Day or Children's Day attract kids and guarantee them a great time. For older people, concerts are more attractive, you have a lot of them in Słowianin. Many stars of the Polish and world music scene have played here.
