The Evangelical-Augsburg parish in Szczecin (and the office) is at Energetyków 8. The seat of the parish is the Holy Trinity Church in Łasztownia in Szczecin.
The center of the Lutheran parish is now the Church of St. Trinity. The parish also includes a guest house named after Dietrich Bonhoeffer, the International Center for Studies and Meetings named after Dietrich Bonhoeffer at Piotra Skargi 32 and the square in Zdroje at Jabłoniowa 6 (former seat of the theological seminary). The current parish priest is Fr. Sławomir Janusz Sikora (since 2007). The parish has two branches. They are: the Church of St. John in Trzebiatów and a chapel in Kłodzin.
St. Trinity (formerly St. Gertrude) Church in Szczecin has been owned by the Evangelical-Augsburg parish since 1954. The parish, however, has a long history, dating back to the Middle Ages. According to old Pomeranian chronicles, the construction of the church of St. Gertrude began in 1308. Originally, it was to serve merchants and craftsmen living in the district of Szczecin called Łasztownia (Lastadie).
The Evangelical-Augsburg Church is the oldest and largest Protestant Church in Poland and currently the only Lutheran Church in the Republic of Poland. It is a member of the Lutheran World Federation, the World Council of Churches, the Conference of European Churches, and the Polish Ecumenical Council.
