The church is in the center of the town, just off provincial road no. 102. The California Guest House and the Alicja Guest House are nearby. Accessible by car or by bus using the PKS Dziwnów line.
The church in Dziwnówek was constructed in 1982. The shape of the temple resembles a hut built on the Kamień Lagoon, where masses were held for residents and tourists. The church has large windows filled with stained glass. Above the entrance to the temple there is a choir gallery with an organ front. In a separate, small elevation of the chancel, in the wall closing it, there is a large three-part stained-glass window in which there are figures of Our Lady of the Immaculate Conception and the patron of the parish, St. Maximilian Maria Kolbe. Under the stained-glass windows, there is a modern, wooden triptych of the patron of the church, stylized in Gothic style. In the central part there are figures of the Mother of God and St. Maximilian Maria Kolbe with a barbed wire crown and St. Francis of Assisi, depicted surrounded by birds, and in the side parts - statues of saints. On the left side of the triptych there is a golden tabernacle decorated with pictures of bread and fish. In front of the presbytery hangs a votive gift in the form of a ship. There is a brass bust of St. John Paul II.
Church consecrated on October 16, 1982.
