The Town Hall is located at Old Town Square, between Kramarska and Kazimierza Wielkiego Streets. You can get there by bus, just get off at the Kazimierz Wielki-Ratusz bus stop.
The Town Hall is one of the two seats of the Municipal Office in Stargard Szczeciński. It houses the departments of: the Town Council Office, the Department of Audit and Ownership Supervision, the Department of Civil Affairs, the Registry Office, the Department of Crisis Management and Defence Affairs, the Department of Administration and Management.
There is a queuing system in the office; a ticket machine facilitates customer service.
The office is adapted to the needs of the disabled. People with disabilities who have communication difficulties can use the help of a sign language interpreter or a translator/ guide when settling their affairs in the office. The interpreter's service is free for people with a disability certificate. The people wishing to use such assistance must report such intent at least 3 days before the planned visit - by phone, e-mail or fax. The building has a lift for people with reduced mobility.
Near the building on Kramarska Street, there are free parking spaces for cars, including designated places for the disabled and for newlyweds' cars. Between the Town Hall and St. Mary Collegiate Church, there is a free car park for approx. 30 cars.
