The Nowe Warpno Commune Office is at 1 Zwycięstwa Square (end of provincial road No. 114), in the historic town hall with a half-timbered structure, which dates to the end of the 17th century. The building is located opposite a Gymnasium, surrounded by historic buildings, a few hundred meters from the Nowe Warpno Lake. The connection of Nowe Warpno and Police is provided by a private carrier Ever -Trans.

The commune office in Nowe Warpno is managed by a mayor. As the commune of Nowe Warpno is a very small commune in terms of population (the least populous urban-rural commune in Poland) and it covers a relatively small area, the activities of the Commune Office are carried out by a smaller number of departments or unit than in the case of other offices located in larger towns. The matters of the residents of the commune are dealt with by the employees of the General and Administrative Department, the Department for crisis management, defense, and civil defense. There are also stand-alone desks, such as a desk for taxation, for investments, for land management and real estate and agriculture, and for environmental protection. In addition, an organizational unit that is part of the Nowe Warpno Commune Office is the Registry Office, whose employee is responsible for: conducting civil cases, keeping population records, and issuing ID cards, issuing decisions on registration and deregistration, keeping the register of voters, conducting civil status matters, and performing the duties of the Registry Office Manager.  The internal functioning of the Office is facilitated by secretary and human resources services, financial department, and IT specialist.
