The Local Tourist Organisation is located in the centre of Czaplinek, at the Old Town market square. Its seat is in the Tourist Information Office located in the building on the corner of: Rynek and Sikorskiego Streets. It has a very convenient location, as it is easy to get there by a vehicle and on foot, and there are parking spaces nearby.

The Local Tourist Organisation in Czaplinek was founded in 2004 and is one of the oldest local tourist organisations in Zachodniopomorskie [West Pomerania] Province. It has extensive experience and can boast successes in the promotion and development of tourism. The main goals of the LTO in  Czaplinek is promoting the Drawa Lake District as a region attractive to tourists, providing a platform for cooperation between businesses, organisations and local government, making promotional activities, creating new tourism products. The LTO in Czaplinek achieves its goals by giving information to tourists, issuing promotional materials, participating in tourism fairs, organising events, trainings and study trips. The LTO members are local entrepreneurs of the tourism industry and the commune of Czaplinek.
