The Gwardia Sports and Recreation Complex in Koszalin is located on Fałata Street, near national road no 6, in the north-eastern part of the city, on the right side of the street, when heading Gdańsk. The courts can be accessed from Sportowa Street. In order to arrive at the entrance, one has to turn right into Piłsudskiego Street from Orląt Lwowskich Street, driving from Kardynała Jeża Roundabout, and then take third street into right – Sportowa Street. The stadium is situated at the end of the street. In front of the building, there is a parking lot for about 100 cars.
The Gwardia Sports and Recreation Complex consists of the Sports and Entertainment Hall, the Martial Arts Hall, tennis courts, the Stanisław Figas stadium, a skate park, and a skating rink.
The Sports and Entertainment Hall is adapted for handball, football, basketball, and volleyball matches. It is a place where KSPR Gwardia Koszalin handball club organizes its trainings and plays its handball matches. There are numerous events not connected with sport organized in the hall.
The Martial Arts Hall is a modern building adapted for organization of European importance. Apart from a hall with the floor covered with mats, there is a gym, a sauna, and toilets with showers in the building.
The tennis courts provide an opportunity of learning or mastering tennis skills on outdoor clay courts and on indoor courts with artificial grass surface.
Freely accessible for the most of the year, the skate park is an attraction for enthusiasts of skateboards and professional bikes.
Between November and March, all enthusiasts of skating and ice hockey can visit a roofed skating rink with an equipment rental service.
The best recognizable part of the complex is the Stanisław Figas stadium for 25 thousands spectators, where the local football club – KS Gwardia Koszalin – plays its matches.
