The Summer Theater is in the Kasprowicz Park, near the Rusałka Lake. The easiest way to get there is along Fałata, which runs directly from Piotr Skargi at Jasne Błonia. A walk along the park alleys will be the most pleasant. You can also get there by city buses, get off at the Letni Teatr stop.
Helena Majdaniec Summer Theater for is one of the largest amphitheaters in Poland. Located in the Kasprowicz Park, by the lake aptly named Rusałka. A natural slope provides great acoustics, and the green surroundings guarantee a pleasant atmosphere.
The contemporary Summer Theater was built on the site of the former German stage. Originally it was surrounded by cascades of fountains, where you can now see flowers where water was. In the immediate vicinity, there are works of art to complement the amphitheater. There is a construction adored by children, "Fire Birds" by Władysław Hasior, "A Dancing Couple" by Ryszard Chachulski, and a mosaic by Piotr Wieczorek.
The Szczecin amphitheater is a place worth visiting while walking along the alleys of the Kasprowicz Park. You can sit here, rest, enjoy the beauty of nature. Above all, however, it is one of the largest and most popular scenes in Szczecin. Various kinds of events take place here. You can have a laugh during cabarets and be moved during opera performances. The Summer Theater is therefore a must-see on the route of Szczecin sightseeing, as a place of entertainment, rest, and good fun. It is also an excellent starting point for a trip around the Kasprowicz Park and the nearby forests.
