The train station is situated in the building at Armii Krajowej Avenue. Besides there is a PKS bus station. Next to the station there is a car park with around 10 parking spaces. The second car park with around 50 parking spaces is situated in front of the building on the strip of land between the lanes.
The train station in Koszalin was built in 1964 at the place of an old station building. The station handles passenger trains – they all stop at the Koszalin station.
Koszalin is crossed by rail line no. 202 Gdańsk Główny-Stargard Szczeciński and rail line no. 402 Koszalin-Goleniów. You can reach the following cities directly from Koszalin: Białystok, Katowice, Kraków, Szczecin, Słupsk, Gdańsk, Olsztyn, Poznań, Piła, Bydgoszcz, Warszawa, Bielsko Biała. The station comprises two covered platforms which can be reached from the hall by an underground passage.
The train station has a ticket office where you can pay with a payment card. In addition, there is an information office, a pay toilet open 24/7 and an automatic baggage storage machine. In the hall there is a newsagent’s shop, cash machine, exchange bureau and a snack bar – grocery. There is a pharmacy in the building – the entrance is outside the building.
